BowlU 006 Heavyweight Training Orb

This Training Orb was designed for Big Strong hands or those bowlers wanting a much more difficult training challenge. The size of the Heavyweight Training Orb is the same size as the Mediumweight Training Orb (the same diameter of a bowling ball) approx 8.5 inches. The weight of the Heavyweight Training Orb is about between 7-8 lbs. That is about 2 lbs heavier than the Middleweight Training Orb. While 8 lbs. may not seem like a lot there is a dramatic difference in swing weight.
